Yes, Food Made In is a social network as well and it allows you to dialogue with present and potential customers, friends and Italian and foreign companies.By your wall, in the Personal Area,you can follow and comment what you like,what impresses you and what you are interested in.

• What do B2B and B2C mean?

B2B = Business-to- Business, in Italian intercompany trade, is a word used to define the electronic trade transactions among companies. This means that on Food Made In, if you are registered as company, you can buy and sell to other companies with special prices and discounts.

B2C = Business to Consumer, in Italian trading with the final customer, is a locution used to describe the electronic trading transactions among companies and final users. This means that on Food Made In you can sell your products directly to the final user.

• Which are the Social Network functions?

Your wall allows you to:

• Do I have necessarily to sign up in order to buy on Food Made In?

For safety reasons we ask all the users to sign up before buying.

• I have bought, in the same order, products of different sellers. What does happen?

Your products will be delivered you by a dedicated shipment from each seller. Make always sure of the shipment date in order to be informed about the forseen delivery date.

• The transaction has been refused.Why?

Food Made In makes use of two international partners to manage the transactions. The payments by Credit Card take place on the safe servers of Barclays, sector leader bank. The PayPal transactions are directly managed by PayPal.

Remember: Food Made In does never come into possession of your data about your Credit Card or your PayPal account.

In order to get explanations about the results of your payments, we ask you to contact the issueing company of your Credit Card or PayPal.

• I received an email informing me of the cancellation of my order. What does it mean?

If the products, shown on Food Made In, are no longer available or on sale at the moment of your last access to the website or better of your order form enter, it will be up to Food Made In to find the product ordered by you at another seller with the Food Made In arrangement. If it is not possible to find it, it will be up to Food Made In to inform you, at a proper time and in any case within 3 days from the day after the one on which you sent your order to the seller, about the possible unavailability of the ordered products.In case you sent the order form and the price payment, Food Made In will reimburse you the amount you paid.

• I got my order from a seller different from the one chosen by me. Why?

If the products, shown on Food Made In, are no longer available or on sale at the moment of your last access to the website or better of your order form enter, it will be up to Food Made In to find the product ordered by you at another seller with the Food Made In arrangement. Therefore you got the same product, under the same terms,but shipped by a different seller.

In some cases the products are not immediately available.We remind you that Food Made In is a website collecting quality handmade products by Italian craftsmen and goldsmiths. • Are the shipments in Italy Free?

The shipments in Italy are free for orders exceeding 100 euros for each seller.

• Is the shipment Free for orders from foreign countries?

For the orders from foreign countries the shipment costs are always at the buyer's charge. The shipment amount is calculated according to the country destination and to the requested services(possible insurances and extra services).

• Clicking on the tracking number I'm not able to get my shipping details. What shall I do?

• How many days do I have to make a return?

According to the current Italian Laws, you have 14 days, from the delivery moment, to return your purchase.

• Do I have to take care by myself of the shipping of the return?

• Who does pay the costs of the return?

We try our best in order to lighten all the organizational burdens of the return. The real costs are always at your charge, but you'll benefit of our soft price list. In case of Return from Italy, we'll make the refund directly withholding the shipment costs of the return. In case of Return from a country different from Italy it's up to you to choose the favourite Express Courier, and you have to bear the concerning costs.

• How do I have to package the returns?

The products shall be returned in its original packaging, sealed as on receipt; if you return a kit,you shall return all the components.

• May I replace a product?

At the moment we cannot replace the products.

• May I ship the returns by a Courier different from SDA?

When you return a product from Italy, it's up to Food Made In to send its partner courier to pick up the return at the address indicated by you. In case of a return from a country different from Italy, yes, you can choose the courier you prefer.

• May I return two orders coming from two different sellers by one shipment?

It's not possible because your orders were shipped by two different sellers. Please follow the return step-by-step procedure.

• Within how many days will I get the refund?

The refund in your favour occurs within eight (8) days from the date on which the product was delivered to the seller ( you'll be able to check the date entering the Return area of the wall).

If the order was paid by PayPal or Credit Card, the refund will be executed on the original transaction and therefore on the account of the person who executed the payment. For safety reasons we are not authorized to refund on a different account.
