Vinification: the harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon is usually conducted during the third ten days of September. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks, with maceration at a temperature of 24-26°C for 8-10 days.
Maturation: in steel tanks for about 14 months.
Colour: intense ruby red with purplish hues.
Bouquet: fresh with pronounced overtones of ripe raspberry and blackberry.
Taste: harmonious and balanced, slightly tannic, of good structure and persistence.
