It's a wine soft and pleasant.
The vinification of grapes took place with a short maceration.
In order to protect the health of consumers we have produced and vinified our Pinot Noir DOC by systems of "Integrated Pest Management" L.R. 28/98 to safeguard human health and respect the natural environment.
We have obtained a young wine, fruity and harmonious, of light ruby red color.
Suitable for the whole meal, excellent with cheeses,meats red and white.
Serving at room temperature: 20°C.
