In order to protect the health of consumers, we vinify our grapes only by systems of "Integrated Pest Management" LR 28/98 to safeguard the human health and respect the natural environment.
Grapes selected and harvested by hand.
Wine aged in barrels slightly.
The wine shows a red amaranth with a slight hint of garnet.
It has taste dry, slightly herbaceous, aroma fine and elegant.
Ideal with roasted red meats, game, strong flavor dishes.
Serving temperature: about 18° - 20° C.
We recommend opening the bottle one hour before serving.
