The alcoholic fermentation is traditional, in red, with the use of selected yeasts. After racking and a first natural decantation, the wine is poured into barrique and tonneaux of French oak (Allier) where it rests and is aged for at least 12 months.
Deep ruby red color with garnet red notes. The scent is fine and persistent, which evolves into spicy with aging. You taste notes of berries well harmonized and enhanced by ethereal sensations and boisè. Full-bodied and dry on the palate with balanced acidity. Tannins soft and consistent that give full wrap and roundness in the mouth. At the end a remarkable persistence and typical harmony, enhanced by the grape and the territory where it is grown.
