The farm is the result of the work of five generations of the same family that has passed down from father to son, techniques, practices and tools of olive oil with one goal: to produce extra virgin oil of taggiasca olive of superior quality and absolute particularity. As proof of this historicity in December 2012, the farm received the award of historic farm of Italy.
Five hectares of olive groves fully grown and spread to the area surrounding the farm, some of which overlook the sea and others the hilly valley and at different altitudes. Were purchased by the progenitors after years of hard work and daily efforts and today, thanks to their biodiversity, guarantee the production of natural oil with a delicate and unique flavor.
The family tradition continues today with Cristina and with the constant help of her parents in an interesting context that seeks to blend tradition and innovation to achieve one goal: to get a range of "higher" quality products in full respect of the majestic olive tree.
In December 2012, the farm was awarded as historic farm of Italy.
The flagship product is the extra virgin oil of taggiasca olive, to which the olives in brine are added.
